Description: | The Montreal Convention applies to acts of aviation sabotage such as bombings aboard aircraft in flight. It was concluded at the International Conference on Air Law held at Montreal, September 8-23, 1971, under the auspices of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). This Convention is supplemented by the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts of Violence at Airports Serving International Civil Aviation, done at Montreal on February 24, 1988. |
