This Covenant is one of the basic documents contained in the International Bill of Human Rights. It was adopted and opened for signature by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of December 16, 1966. The document includes some of the following rights:1) right to food; 2) right to work; 3) right to housing; and 4) right to education.
