|Title:||International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea|
|Description:||The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) created the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) as one of the means for resolving disputes under UNCLOS. ITLOS is open to States Parties to UNCLOS and to other entities under certain circumstances.
The ITLOS web site has a "Documents" collection of relevant legal instruments, available in Word and PDF formats. Under "Proceedings and Judgments," the site has the full text of its proceedings in cases before it (also in Word and PDF formats). The "Frequently Asked Questions" section provides a basic overview of procedure before the Tribunal.
The site (Documents and Publications) also contains a Select Bibliography on Settlement of Disputes Concerning the Law of the Sea (1996- ).
