It is considered a "supra-national" court, designed to provide uniform administration of European Community law in all Member States. The web site provides the texts governing procedure, case law, and background information on the operation and structure of the court. Cases can be searched from 1997 to the present. Numerical access to the cases is also available from 1953-1988 and from 1989 to the present. Research tools are also available, such as a Digest of Community case law and an alphabetical index (available in French only). |
