||Founded with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on February 2, 1914, and inaugurated on July 14, 1923, the Hague Academy of International Law is established in the Peace Palace in The Hague. The Academy is also a center for advanced studies of international law and includes programs and coursework for both the newer and more experienced international law professional. Among the courses offered at the Academy are the summer courses taught by leading international law scholars from around the world. Lectures from these courses are published in Recueil des Cours, Collected Courses of the Hague Academy of International Law. Information regarding the Centre for Studies, Diploma, Scholarships, and External Programs held in Africa, Latin America and Asia is also available.
