"Reparation (including rehabilitation and compensation) plays an important part in the rebuilding of the lives of those who have suffered torture." (REDRESS homepage). The site contains information on their special projects: The Audit Project and Universal Jurisdiction Information Network. Publications include the Torture Survivor's Handbook and Reparation - A Sourcebook for Victims. There is also information on reparation remedies and a very useful caselaw review on reparations, including UN and regional mechanisms.
