|Description:||Protocol No. 1 to the European Convention on Human Rights "adds new fundamental rights to those protected under the Convention, namely: the right to peaceful enjoyment of property, the right to education and the right to free elections by secret ballot. The Protocol has been amended according to the provisions of Protocol no. 11 to the Convention (ETS no. 155) as from its entry into force, on 1st November 1998. "
