|Description:||Protocol No. 4 to the European Convention on Human Rights "secures certain rights and fundamental freedoms not included in previous texts (ETS Nos. 005 and 009): no deprivation of liberty for non-fulfillment of contractual obligations, right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose one's residence, prohibition of a State's expulsion of a national, Prohibition of collective expulsion of aliens." This Protocol has been amended according to the provisions of Protocol no. 11 to the Convention (ETS no. 155) as from its entry into force, on 1st November 1998.
