|Description:||This international agreement provides the "essential framework for controlling and reducing the damage to human health and the environment caused by transboundary air pollution". It is open to members of the UNECE region (Europe and North America).
The convention is extended by eight specific protocols, each of which is linked from this site. The site also provides ratification information for the convention and its protocols.
Also included are documents of the Executive Body and working groups.The text of the convention and many of the related documents are in PDF.
