| Description: |
The Berne Convention sets forth the minimum protection to be granted to copyright owners. Each member state of the Berne Convention recognizes works authored by nationals of other contracting states as copyrighted. The Berne Convention eliminates the need for copyright registration or notice, as copyright is now automatically granted. This version is the Paris Act of July 24, 1971, as amended on September 28, 1979. |
