|Description:||This declaration provides the mandate for negotiations on a range of subjects found in the WTO Agreements, thus beginning the "Doha Round," successor of the "Uruguay Round." Some examples of the 21 subjects targeted for negotiation, analysis, implementation and monitoring are: agriculture, services, government procurement, trade and the environment, and more. This declaration is the product of the Fourth Ministerial Conference in Doha, Qatar.
