Description: The objective of the Caribbean Community and the CARICOM Single Market and Economy is the economic integration of member states. Specifically, improved standards of living and work, full employment of labor, sustained economic development, and expansion of trade and economic relations with non-members are sought. The 2001 Revised Treaty of Chagauramus establishes process to further economic intergration and also includes the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Court of Justice. The revised treaty is available in PDF format.
