Description: The International Labour Organization (ILO) assists in the fight to improve the conditions of child laborers and to eliminate the worst forms of child labor. This resource guide provides links to the ILO Conventions and Recommendations regarding child labor, to child labour statistics and to the IPEC website for more in depth information. It also provides access to Labordoc, the database of the ILO which provides thousands of references to child labor materials. Materials can be accessed by theme, by searching Labordoc directly, or by using the Ask a Librarian email link. Photos and videos of child labour are also available.
