|Description:||This Convention defines the crime of apartheid to include inhuman policies and practices of racial discrimination, segregation, and systematic oppression. It imposes international criminal responsibility on all parties who participate in or abet such acts, and provides for the Party States to report the crime and to carry out its prevention, suppression, and punishment.
