Description: The Constitution of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) is the fundamental Act containing the organic rules of the Union. This publication includes the provisions of the 200 Constitution and General Regulations together with the amendments made by the 1999 Beijing Congress. It also provides an historical overview of the UPU, the list of UPU Member States, the Additional Protocols and the UPU's relations with the United Nations as well as the UPU's legal status inside and outside Switzerland. It also lists all Congress decisions since the 1947 Paris Congress (UPU's web site). The PDF document is over 200 pages in length.
