Transnational Corporations are major players in international economic transactions. Corporate governance refers to the rules that guide the behavior of corporations, shareholders, and managers, as well as to governmental regulation to support and enforce those rules. Corporate governance is concerned with rules of business behavior and strives to move corporate and economic entities from relationship-based systems to rules-based systems.
